Welcome to OViq LMS (“OViq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OViq Learning Management System, including its website, applications, learning portal, courses, learning materials, assessments, communication features, certificates, and related services.

OViq LMS is operated by OVC Labs / OvalCore Labs (“OVC Labs”), unless otherwise stated by the institution or organisation providing the service.

By accessing or using OViq LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

OViq LMS may be used by:

  • Students and learners

  • Teachers and instructors

  • School and college administrators

  • Training institutions

  • Organisations and businesses

  • Other authorised users

Where a user is a minor, access and use of OViq LMS may be subject to the requirements and permissions of their parent, guardian, school, institution, or other legally authorised person.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of OViq LMS require you to create an account or receive an account from an authorised institution.

You agree to:

  • Keep your account information updated

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Not share your account with unauthorised persons

  • Not impersonate another person

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless unauthorised access resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

4. Institutional Accounts

Where OViq LMS is provided through a school, college, academy, employer, training centre, or other organisation, the organisation may create, manage, suspend, or terminate user accounts.

  • Learning permissions

  • Teacher or administrator access

  • Assessment arrangements

  • Academic records

  • Certificates

  • Account suspension or termination

In such circumstances, certain account-related decisions may be controlled by the institution rather than OViq Labs.
